This gelato heartthrob comprises of Tonka bean gelato, vanilla chantilly cream, strawberry blood gel, red velvet sponge – all encased in a milk chocolate shell with chocolate barbed wire and edible screws. When the time’s right, grab a large knife and slice down the centre of the cake to reveal a bloody pool of strawberry gel. Smash into pieces and enjoy!
